Knife sharpening service options

How fast you get your sharpened knife depends on the number of knives, where you are, how busy we are.


How Knife Sharpening Works


  1. Decide whether you want to mail your knives or drop them off

  2. Wrap each knife carefully, ideally in bubble wrap, and place them in a box.

  3. If you have spare space in the box, use paper to fill the space so that they don't rattle in transit

  4. We receive your knives and they're queued up for sharpening.

  5. Once sharpened you'll be invoiced electronically.

  6. Collect your newly sharpened knives.

Good to know basics


  1. You can track the status of your knives by speaking to us directly using the messenger icon or by using customer services.

  2. For deliveries to appartments, verify that packages can be received or left at the main entry.

  • How do I track my delivery order? When will I receive my order?

    You get a confirmation email with a tracking number - that tracking number can be used on USPS's tracking service to track your order.

  • Can I make changes to the delivery address or date after placing my order?

  • I received my order, but a product is missing or damaged. What do I do?

    It's highly unusual for such an oversight to occur as we maintain stringent quality checks.
