  • How can I check stock availability?

    You can check stock availability on each product page, using the article number or name to search our website. If the product you want isn't available, you can ask for an email or mobile phone alert to be sent to you as soon as the stock becomes available again, contact us.

  • Can I change or cancel an online order?

    If you want to reschedule or cancel the delivery date for your order, check if you can do it automatically on our Manage your order page.


    If you can't do it this way, please contact us using the forms available and we'll do everything we can to help you, according to the stage your order is at.

  • How much does it cost to have the products delivered to my home?
